SWT-01H Surgical Suture Diameter Tester
SWT-01H Surgical Suture Diameter Tester, designed according to USP 861 (The United States Pharmacopeia), YY1116-2020, YY0167-2020, is used to determine the diameter of absorbable and non-absorbable surgical sutures suitable for suturing and ligating human tissues.
The instrument is easy to operate and user can complete the test process with one click through the menu, including automatic locking of sutures, automatic tension loading, automatic suture rotation, automatic measurement, data recording and report generation.

Convenience
Ø Machine runs automatically, set parameters and place the sample. The instrument completes the automatic locking, automatic tensioning, automatic measurement, report output and automatic reset of the suture. One cycle only needs 60-100 seconds.
Ø Imported Celtron high-precision load cell, with a tensioning force range of 0-58.8N and a tensioning accuracy of ≥0.03% (0.02N), no need to manually place the weights to realize the auto tensioning of the suture. Dual sensor configuration, strong structural stability, more accurate and stable force measurement.
Ø Suture automatic rotation module: Powered by two sets of SMC 90-degree rotary cylinders, which rotates the suture automatically that needs to be rotated 90 degrees test.

Ø 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen for Win10 system.
Ø Touch operation: nominal specification, test load, print, test, left move, right move time, calibration.
Ø Recording of suture diameter data, output of data reports automatically, can be connected to a printer via Type-c or wireless remotely to print test results.

Ø Support standardized and customized measurements: automatically call up the corresponding specifications and start measuring. Meanwhile, the measurement parameters can be customized and saved as needed, and can be retrieved anytime as needed.
